The Independent Regional Authority for Elections (IRIE) in Kasserine approved a final list of 423 candidates for the local elections scheduled for next fDecember 24.Speaking to TAP on Wednesday, President of IRIE in Kasserine, Siwar Nssir, indicated that this list includes 72 candidates with specific needs, noting that the body has just started issuing final approval decisions to successful candidates, so that they can begin their preparations for the electoral campaign (December 2 to 22).Note that the governorate of Kasserine has 106 electoral constituencies, 106 imadas and 310 voting centers spread over the 13 delegations in the region.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
