The dean of private dailies, Observateur Paalga, recalls that the artists nominated for the Kundé d'or are Amzy, Djeli Karim and Kayawoto. In another register, Sidwaya writes: 'Promotion of artists from Burkina Faso and Mali: The SNC and the Festival sur le Niger foundation seal a partnership'. The public daily reports that the SNC and this foundation have signed an agreement of indefinite duration which sets out the principles of collaboration around the promotion of artists from both parties. This agreement for the state newspaper promotes the permanent production of the winners of the two events in the cities of Bobo-Dioulasso and Ségou through infrastructural, material and technical support. For its part, Observateur Paalga informs that an exhibitor has installed a life-size photo of Captain Ibrahim Traoré handing out certificates of participation in the biennial. According to the colleague, this poster attracts many festival-goers, especially the 'wayiyans' who want to immortalize their participation by posing next to this poster.
