Ouagadougou: The President of the Republic of Mali, Colonel Assimi Goïta, announced on Wednesday that he had agreed with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to cooperate more in the fight against terrorism. 'I had a telephone conversation with President Putin. We discussed bilateral issues, particularly the security and economic areas. We have agreed to cooperate further in the fight against terrorism,' President Goïta wrote on his X account on Wednesday.
