Ouagadougou: Military authorities in Burkina Faso have accepted the request for a meeting made by their counterparts in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, the AIB learned on Wednesday from several sources.
According to AIB sources, the meeting will take place in the coming days.
For the moment neither the location nor the motive of the exchanges have been revealed.
But everything suggests that the question of securing the border common to the two countries in the face of terrorist threats and the disputes recorded in recent months will be on the agenda.
