The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training on Tuesday began using the TNCEV2DDOC visible digital seal to secure training diplomas issued by public training centres under the authority of the Tunisian Vocational Training Agency, in accordance with the specific standards of the electronic signature system, the ministry announced in a press release. The visible digital seal helps to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of electronic documents against fraud by means of a QR code that makes it possible to check any changes to the data on a diploma, according to the same press release. The digital seal is analysed using a QR-Check application that can be downloaded free of charge from the National Electronic Certification Agency website www.tuntrust.tn/fr/solutions/qrsign.
