Pascal Zongo, a compatriot living in Togo, donates 2 tons of food for the benefit of IDPs

Ouagadougou: Pascal Zongo, a compatriot living in Lomé, the capital of Togo, announced to the ministry in charge of solidarity a donation of two tons of food intended for internally displaced people. Received in audience by the Minister of Solidarity, Humanitarian Action, National Reconciliation, Gender and Family, Nandy Somé Diallo, Mr. Zongo specified that the donation includes a ton of rice, a ton of corn and 90 liters of oils distributed in cans. 'Having learned of the call for solidarity launched by the Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, Mr. Zongo came to show his solidarity with the Burkinabè people,' reports the communications service of the ministry in charge of solidarity. Since the Head of State Ibrahim Traoré gave up, upon his arrival in power, his salary as President of Faso to be satisfied with his salary as captain, Burkinabè children or adults, in public administration or in the private sector, from the interior or the diaspora and their friends have continued to contribute to financing the fight against terrorists and the care of internally displaced people.
