PM Hachani meets Algerian President at end of working visit to Algeria

Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani was received by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the El Mouradia Palace. The meeting took place at the end of a working visit to Algeria by the Tunisian delegation led by Hachani to attend the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian High Joint Commission. In a media statement, the Prime Minister said the meeting with the Algerian President helped to gain insight into his vision for further strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between Tunisia and Algeria. The discussion also focused on the President’s stance on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, which “is consistent with the positions and views of Tunisian President Kais Saied”. The meeting was attended by Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, Minister of the Interior, Kamel Feki, and Tunisian Ambassador to Algeria, Romdhane Fayedh. Following his meeting with the Algerian President, Prime Minister Hachani visited the Mujahideen Museum, where he recited Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of the Algerian liberation movement and signed the museum Golden Book.
