Rehabilitation of the Bogandé-Tieri road launched

Ouagadougou: The launch of the rehabilitation of the section linking Bogandé to Tiéri, 10 km long, was given on Friday January 12, 2024, in Bogandé, noted the AIB.With a total cost of 300 million FCFA, the Bogandé-Tiéri section development project is financed by the Burkinabè State and the World Bank. The work will be carried out over a distance of 10.39 kilometers.The company YENTELLA Sarl is responsible for carrying out the work within five months. For the company, it will be a matter of giving a new look to the Bogandé-Tiéri section which was in an advanced state of deterioration.Related activities such as the completion of two boreholes and awareness activities will also be carried out during the work execution period.The said project is part of a vast program of development works on approximately 150 km of rural roads in the Boucle du Mouhoum and East regions undertaken by the Emergency Territorial Development Project and of resilience (PUDTR). Its objective is to improve physical and virtual con nectivity between different localities.Source: Burkina Information Agency
