Special delegation from Sapouy: François Kaboré passes the baton to Ourobé Dioma

The secretary general of the Ziro province, Adams Davou, installed on Friday February 9, 2024, the new president of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Sapouy, Ourobé Dioma. It was during an official ceremony which mobilized the bodies of the commune, the province and agents of the municipal administration and the prefecture. The commune of Sapouy now has a new president of the special delegation. Appointed by the Council of Ministers on January 24, 2024, Ourobé Dioma officially took office this Friday, February 9, 2024. He replaces François Kaboré in this position who spent 18 months at the head of this municipal administration. All speakers at the podium praised the leadership and sense of service well done by the outgoing president of the special delegation. They expressed their recognition and gratitude to this state official who played his part fully in municipal development despite the difficult security and humanitarian context. After congratulating his successor on his appointment, Fra nçois Kaboré expressed his gratitude to the population of Sapouy, to his collaborators at the prefecture and town hall and to all the constituent bodies. He asked them to support his successor in accomplishing his mission. For his part, Ourobé Dioma paid tribute to his predecessor for the remarkable work accomplished.
