Special operation to issue PUH and certificates of allocation of plots: applicants will be satisfied within 72 hours

Ouagadougou: The Minister in charge of the Economy, Aboubakar Nacanabo, assured Monday that the titles of enjoyment of housing and plots acquired from private real estate developers and housing cooperatives will be issued within a maximum of 72 hours after the interested parties' request.'Work has been done to ease the conditions so that the titles can be issued within 72 hours of the applicant's request,' declared the Minister in charge of the Economy, Aboubakar Nacanabo.According to Minister Nacanabo, a special processing system has been set up at the National School of Financial Management (ENAREF) to facilitate the processing of files from the central region.Mr. Nacanabo spoke on Monday in Ouagadougou during the official launch of the special operation to issue urban housing permits (PUH) and plot allocation certificates (AAP) to purchasers of housing and plots from private real estate companies.According to the minister, this operation, which is the first phase of the process of clearing land lia bilities desired by the President of Faso, will last one month and will concern 180,000 plots in 127 sites of 49 real estate developers in 8 regions of the country.The opportunity was taken by the head of the department in charge of the Economy to invite buyers of housing and plots affected by this operation to mobilize to secure their property.Applications are received online on the platform https://etitre2.dgi.bf by producing an identity document, an act of acquisition of the housing or plot, and the receipt for payment of the lump sum (which can be be issued by any tax service), specified the Director General of Taxes, Eliane Djiguimdé.As a reminder, with a view to relieving the populations affected by land liabilities, the government approved on July 3, 2024 the organization of a special operation to issue PUHs and certificates of allocation of plots for the benefit of clients real estate companies and housing cooperatives.Source: Burkina Information Agency
