Houet: The TENFOREST Association handed over office equipment to the rural land service (SFR) of the rural commune of Toussiana last Thursday during an official ceremony. Estimated at nearly 3 million FCFA, this equipment is made up of 2 desktop computers, a printer, 1 GPS, a motorcycle, and a scanner.

This enhancement is intended to enable the service to fully accomplish its missions of local land management and the issuance of Rural Land Possession Certificates (APFR), which are crucial for facilitating secure access to land, particularly for women in rural areas.

This delivery of equipment is part of a broader project to secure collective land rights for women's organizations in six municipalities in Burkina Faso. It also responds to a need expressed by the rural land service of the Municipality of Toussiana, Traor© added.
