Tunis Stock Exchange: Tunidex closes Friday on gloomy note (-0.10%)

The stock market closed on a gloomy note on Friday. The benchmark index fell by 0.10% to 8893 points," said broker Tunisie Valeurs.

Supported by City Cars, volumes were relatively strong at TND 10.6 million.

Tawasol Group Holding remained the best performer. The holding company's shares rose 5.7% to TND 0.560 on a modest flow of TND 11,000. Thus, the value erased part of its annual losses, bringing them to -6.7%.

Amen Bank continued to be in demand by investors. The share of the private bank registered an increase of 3.4% to TND 36.300, which means that the value drained a trade of TND 439,000 during the session.

ICF continued its downward trend. The shares of the aluminium fluoride producer fell by 3.9% to TND 73.500. The value thus shuffled a reduced volume of TND 113,000 during the session.

Shares of City Cars were among the biggest decliners of the session. The car dealer's share lost 1.7% to TND 11.600.
