Working session at government palace focuses on monitoring work at Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training

A working session held on Friday at the Government Palace in Kasbah in the presence of the Head of Government Najla Bouden was devoted to monitoring work within the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training.

The meeting provided an opportunity to examine programmes for the economic empowerment of young people and the promotion of personal initiative, in addition to examining ways of boosting the rate of funding for collective initiative within the framework of community companies and social and solidarity-based economic companies, according to a press release from the Prime Ministry.

The meeting also focused on the structuring of self-employment (freelance), enabling young people to pursue activities within an organised framework and to offer services, both in Tunisia and abroad, while benefiting from social security cover.

In this context, Mr Bouden stressed the need to combine the efforts of the various players involved in order to facilitate administrative procedures and ensure the digitisation of services aimed at investors, so as to promote investment opportunities.
