Tunis: The BH Assurance company has achieved a net profit of TND 13.1 million in 2023, according to the draft resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on April 23, 2024. According to the same document recently published by the Tunis Stock Exchange, BH Assurance plans to pay a dividend of approximately TND 1.5 per share, for a total of TND 3.9 million. BH Assurance, a subsidiary of the BH Bank Group, is responsible for drafting and managing insurance and reinsurance contracts and agreements of all kinds, both in Tunisia and abroad.
