Bogandé: a habitat ravaged by a fire

A fire ravaged a home belonging to a displaced family located in sector 2 of the town of Bogandé on Tuesday morning, noted an AIB journalist. The fire broke out around 8 am on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in a courtyard housing Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). According to reliable sources, there were no victims or injuries but significant material damage was noted. Food, clothing, four bicycles and other materials went up in smoke. The causes of the fire are not yet clear. Thanks to local residents, the fire was contained but nothing could be saved from the home. Source: Burkina Information Agency
