Burkina- CEP-2023/Ganzourgou : Le haut-commissaire de la province du Ganzourgou, Aminata Sorgho/ Gouba encourage les candidats en lice

The High Commissioner of Ganzourgou province, Aminata Sorgho/Gouba encouraged Tuesday, during the launch of the Primary School Certificate (CEP) exam, session 2023, the candidates vying for obtaining their first degree.

The High Commissioner of Ganzourgou Province, Aminata Sorgho/Gouba gave the starting signal for the start of the written tests for the Primary School Certificate (CEP) examination and the entrance examination to sixth grade, session of 2023 in his province, this Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

Ms. Gouba then encouraged and invited the candidates running for the CEP to concentrate so that when the results are announced, her province is ranked first at the regional level, or even at the national level.

It is the center of Kambambori de Zorgho which welcomed the first person in charge of the province for the launch of the examination.

Aminata Gouba says she translates the importance that the government gives to the organization through the holding of this review and calls on the actors to apply themselves for the success of the organization.

For the provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Ganzourgou, Nobila Célestine Zagré/ Zoungrana, everything is done for a successful session, apart from some difficulties related to the use of the new exam management software and competition (SIGEC).

The province of Ganzourgou, with its 9 Basic Education Circumscription (CEB), has for this session 8 thousand 449 registered including 4 thousand 914 girls and 3 thousand 535 boys, with 45 Internally Displaced Students (EDI).

These candidates are divided into 13 juries and 43 examination centers. More than 1300 actors are mobilized to ensure a smooth running of the session in the province. The number of candidates fell by 589 in 2022.
