The dean of Burkina's private daily newspapers, Observateur Paalga, reports that under the ministry in charge of the Economy, the council of ministers created a Center for the promotion of poultry farming and the multiplication of high-performance animals (CPAMAP). He continues that according to the Minister Delegate in charge of animal resources, Amadou Dicko, CPAMAP's mission is to improve the genetic potential of farmed animals and the development of poultry farming at the national level. From another angle, the same newspaper shows on its first page 'SNC Bobo 2024: The biennial of resilience'. The Paalga Observer maintains that at the end of this 21st edition of the SNC, the public will be entitled, among other things, to the traditional carnival, to performances by artists to close the opening of the biennial. The dean of Burkinabe private dailies continues that the ministers of culture from Mali, Guinea, Brazil, Russia and North Korea are expected at this party in the town of Sya. According to him, this festival will experience innovations in order to give this cultural event its rightful place in the promotion of the cultural diversity and creativity of Burkina. The private daily, Le Pays, for its part, indicated that this festival is an event which will give a boost to the national economy in general and that of Bobo-Dioulasso in particular. The public newspaper, Sidwaya specifies that the president of the general organizing committee, Betamou Aymar Fidèle Tamini, invites the Bobolese population to mobilize and be hospitable.
