A young man was killed and the property of his relatives burned yesterday Monday in Daboani, following a rape he allegedly committed, AIB has learned.
An alleged assassin showed up early on Monday, April 3, 2023 at the Bogandé police station to surrender, after the murder of a young man.
According to local sources, the one who surrendered would have avenged an alleged rape committed by the disappeared on his first daughter.
In this case, the biological father of the disappeared was also arrested by the Bogandé self-defense groups and handed over to the police. For the moment, we do not know what he is accused of.
The tragedy occurred about ten kilometers from Bogandé, precisely in the village of Daboani. The victim’s body, tied up with several stab wounds, was found near the home of the alleged assassin.
The worst was avoided thanks to the prompt intervention of elements of the Kolgwéogo self-defense groups.
However, the home of the alleged culprit and that of his brothers as well as their attics and other property were set on fire on the evening of Monday April 3, 2023.
The fury continued with a crowd this Tuesday in front of the Bogandé police.
From a reliable source, a judicial inquiry has been opened to shed light on these events.
