We will always promote the consolidation of the human resource potential of African countries, in particular by increasing the number of scholarships awarded, opening branches of Russian universities and schools on the continent and developing a network of open education centers. » He stressed that building a long-term strategic partnership with African countries is among Russia's top priorities. 'It is enshrined in the Updated Foreign Policy Concept that was approved by [Russian Vladimir] President Putin on March 31 last year.
